  Learn all aspects of agriculture, including agronomy and crop production, precision agriculture, farm management, business, and animal production. Students get hands on experience working on Hawkeye’s 225-acre farm.

  Learn the complete lifecycle of beef and swine from pasture to plate, with hands on experience in anatomy and physiology, animal behavior, feeding and nutrition, reproduction and reproductive technology, production and farm management, meat science/butchering, and more.

  Natural Resources Management

  Graduates leave with the necessary skills and certifications to work in the natural resources field. This is a very hands-on program, with many field trips, community based projects, and 320 hours of real-world work experience.
